If, however, you live elsewhere in Australia or internationally we will be happy to arrange packing and delivery for you and charge you only the actual cost. Any cross border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Since we have a very varied range of products with diverse sizes and weights and some also are very heavy or very fragile, the freight costs can vary significantly depending on the shipping address. Hence, we provide shipping costs to clients separately based on the location, instead of standardizing them and including them in the price of the item. We can only calculate the shipping costs after you have placed the order and will endeavour to contact you withing a day or two of your order with your freight invoice. This will need to be paid in advance of your products being shipped. Once we’ve agreed on the shipping costs and your purchase transaction is complete, we will share trackable shipment details. We always provide clients with an estimated delivery timeline before confirming the order, and special considerations, including shipping insurance, can be discussed, and settled before you make the payment. Orders are typically dispatched within a few days of receiving payment.
